Jonathan H. Bari
Jonathan H. Bari is President of Bari Enterprises, Inc. which: 1) develops entrepreneurial ventures and 2) provides management consulting services to firms on: marketing, business development, digital identity, privacy and security matters.
Jon also serves as the Founder, Chairman and Executive Producer of The Constitutional Walking Tour of Philadelphia. In 2005, Jon received the Philadelphia Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award which recognized Jon's labor of love with The Constitutional and honored "proven performers in their respective industries and communities."
Additionally, Jon serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Temple University's Fox School of Business where he teaches strategic planning.
Jon is the inventor and principal owner of a United States Patent Application entitled, "Method and system for secure registration, storage, management and linkage of personal authentication credentials data over a network."
In 2005, Jon was appointed to the Anti-Defamation League's Glass Leadership Institute. Jon also serves on the Advisory Board of Solution Media. Jon has also served as a Fellow of the Irwin L. Gross eBusiness Institute at Temple's Fox School of Business. Additionally, Jon previously served on the National Advisory Board of DoctorQuality; it was subsequently acquired by Quantros in 2003.
Previously, Jon has worked with various high profile companies in the following roles:
- Chairman & CEO - Catavault, a single sign-on security software firm which counted Time Warner Cable as its largest client.
- Vice President, Business Development - MoreCom, a cable TV software concern (acquired by Liberate Technologies for approximately $561 million)
- Director, Business Development - Time Warner's Road Runner High Speed Online (Road Runner was spun off as a separate entity after receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in equity stake investments from the likes of Compaq)
- Analyst and Business Development Consultant - Comcast Online Communications launch team (which evolved into Comcast High-Speed Internet and the nation's largest broadband provider with over 9 million subscribers)
- Account Executive - EZ Communications/WIOQ-FM (Q102) in Philadelphia (clients included Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola and Tower Records)

Leslie S. Bari
Leslie S. Bari, Founder, Vice Chairman and Executive Producer of The Constitutional Walking Tour of Philadelphia, has worked in marketing and public relations for 14 years in a variety of capacities.
Leslie is also a principal of Bari Enterpriseswhich develops entrepreneurial ventures provides management consulting services to various firms. Additionally, Leslie serves as President of Liberty Loot. Previously, Leslie worked in marketing for 8 years with American Express in New York. Leslie was a Director of Account Development for the Lodging Industry where she managed the relationship with Hilton Hotels. Prior to that, Leslie oversaw various retail, entertainment and lifestyle programs for the Platinum Card and Centurion [Black] Card, including the "By Invitation Only" special events program, the Concierge program and retail partnerships with Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, among others. At American Express, Leslie also worked on the Delta SkyMiles Credit Card portfolio, executing loyalty marketing campaigns.
Prior to American Express, Leslie worked in marketing at Mattel in Los Angeles where she developed marketing initiatives for the launch of a new toy, and prior to Mattel, Leslie worked in public relations for Elkman Advertising and Public Relations in Philadelphia, where she developed comprehensive PR programs for clients ranging from K'NEX, the Philadelphia International Auto Show and Penn Maid Foods.

Scott R. Elkins
Scott R. Elkins is President of UAS, Inc., a national provider of integrated
security services, which protects more than $10 Billion in commercial
and residential assets. Since its founding in 1972, UAS has provided various
services to its clients including comprehensive security analyses as well
as specific offerings including burglar and fire alarm protection and
closed circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring.
Scott is a recognized security industry leader in developing successful new business models for introducing and implementing new technology products and services in the security alarm industry. Specifically, Scott created the UAS National accounts division from scratch and since its inception in 1989, Scott has grown the business unit substantially by leveraging its unique centralized management structure. Additionally, under Scott's leadership, the UAS National Accounts division has developed strategic business relationships by targeting a wide variety of vertical markets including: Food Service Providers, Convenience Stores and Retailers. Clients include Boston Market, Amerada Hess, McDonald's, Shoney's, Cumberland Farms and Five Below.

Additionally, Scott was a co-founder of Catavault and served on its Advisory Board. Scott is also very active in his local community. Scott coaches little league baseball and youth hockey. Scott studied at Villanova University and earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Scott and his family reside in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Foxman practices in the Firm's Corporate and Business Department.
He also serves as a member of the Firm's Board of Directors. Mr.
Foxman's practice focuses in corporate, real estate, and securities
law. His practice also encompasses workouts, franchise law, healthcare,
and computer and intellectual property law. He has been involved,
both for borrowers and lenders, in the reorganization and restructuring
of, in excess of $500 million in debt. He has represented many
executive officers of public and private companies in negotiating
employment and severance agreements, and he has frequently represented
entrepreneurs, investors, and executives in private venture capital
and leveraged buy-out transactions. Mr. Foxman received his law
degree from Harvard Law School and received his undergraduate
degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton
School of Finance and Commerce.
